The Windows support and ability to multitask while imaging is a great boon. Considering the customization and easy of use combined, it's a most sensible option for all those who can do without the scheduling feature. The software is a rock solid performer with maximum stability.

Old alarms are not editable—you have to delete your alarm, then remake it while adding the changes you want to make, which, after a while, gets really annoying.
It does not seem to work anymore. Maybe their server is always under attack from related bulk mail services theyre putting out of business.
