Ebay Auction Soft

Review by JimBo: Excellent software!! The other reveiwer must be an idiot. AuctionSleuth has found me thousands of dollars in great bargains. How can any user expect a program to run forever? With most auction sites making changes almost weekly, there has to be a lot of effort to keep any program working. Unlike the idiot that left the other review, I will gladly pay a small annual fee to keep the bargains coming in. In fact,why didnt the other reviewer just purchase the lifetime registration? Maybe he was too cheap? Keep up the good work AuctionSleuth in spite of the users out there that dont get it. (5/5 - 5-Apr-2005) Review by Unhappy Customer: I bought this software about a year and a half ago. Sometimes it worked ok, sometimes not. It wasn't that easy to use so I forgot about it for a while. Recently I decided to give it another go and it told me I was a "Registered User" but then shut the software down because I needed to "re-register". So I contact "Bob", the author, and he tells me I need to pay more money to use the software. I tell him that when I paid my money, there was no "yearly fee" for updates just so I can continue to use the software. His reply was, paraphrased, "well, now there is, and that's the way it is." Review by Brian: Tried this I like what it could do, however would like it plat form based instead of web based. Does not currently work with ebay motors and has no reserve capiblity for auctions. Like the fact that it has flash media, would make our auctions stand out. Need to have contact information so you can talk to technical and give them advise on new updates and pass along information. Review by ginkgosy: There is still a bug in this software that lists some auctions as "closed" when there is still 8 hours to go, as such it is very unreliable and you cannot rely upon for scheduled bidding (sniping). It appears that development on this program ceased about September 2006. (2/5 - 14-Apr-2007)
