Review by dldheilly@yahoo.com: I got the Blue Screen of Death and found this advertised as a solution. The download and install were easy, unfortunately it wiped a lot of stuff I use (my setting changed in IE, for example).
I could deal with that if it fixed the problem. Instead BSOD has visited more often than before so I tried to restore and it would not let me... OK, hopefully, the increase in BSOD would have happened anyway, but I wanted a refund.
This is why I am writing. They throw insurmountable obstacles in front of the "member" who wishes to cancel. This Is Very Bad = Awful Rating (1/5 - 9-Feb-2007)

The company announces the software as free. After you install it and try to kill a process a popup informs that only the pro version which is paid can do the job. This is a bad fait commercial
The software is not bad, but the support and the message boards are a disaster. The administration is heavy handed and arbitrary in their decisions. Trying to get a real answer to a question
Sadly I have to agree with HJ. Stay away from the associated message board if you can, and use Fertility Friend software if you want a free version of the Ovusoft program.
Most CORRUPT Software. Stay away from it. After locking your files, forces you to but the buy the license. And no option to uninstall.
