I've spent the better part of two days messing with this sotware & experienced problems everywhere from downloading , error reports & what seems like a complete to be provediate shutdowns,en filing er assinine approach to reaching a simple goal I just don't know what else to say; in- cluding how to reach a tech support or anyone else in the position to help ! Upon reading this and YOU think you can help, I'm open to just about anything at this point!
