The rule engine is brilliant - I tried out dozens of rules to test it, including clashes, and it was fail-safe! The reports are varied and give me an excellent picture of my HR plus I can export reports to my HR team in different formats. Simple to use but very powerful tool. I highly recommend DRoster.
