Review by engineeringguy: I had a problem getting the tree to display properly when using DOCTYPEs in Firefox. I contacted support via email and their web support forum with no reply. Instead of playing the DVD, it starts loading from the disc, and freezes the computer before the disc is "loaded". Never got beyond a screen saying "loading please wait - 6%".
