Users needs to copy large or small amounts of data while working in the office environment every few minutes. It's quite useful if you have a lot of apps running and you need to copy and paste some text between them. Although Windows copy/paste mechanism does have certain limitations, it saves only one text string in the clipboard at a time.
An alternative methods are clipboard extenders like Flashpaste. It caries most used strings to the internal database and user can insert any saved text into text boxes. Review by Udb: Be aware with the price. It is not $45, it is $200 now. When i bought this it was $120, but latter vendor is not willing to give support and quoting basic/full support, which was not there when i bought it. This software does not work on trading of strategybuilderfx. What i feel is they keep increasing the price, but never give any support and very slow in response. I do not recommend this delphi package, you can look for others in market like "Text Capture Component - GetWord 1.03" (1/5 - 23-Nov-2006)

Despite their advertising, ShareCalendar IS NOT COMPATIBLE with Outlook 2007. It crashes the system. Because I was a few days beyond their return policy when I spent the time to trace the problem...
