I have been testing many video converter (I am doing an assignment) and lately I tried ConvertHQ Premium and I found their support excellent (oh and the product works:).. .there are plenty of other solutions out there. They do not answer their support emails I've written 8 times in one year, received one reply back and I've reported them to BBBOnline and will soon report them to FTC, Consumer Affairs & others to prevent buyers from being ripped off!
