I too have tried several other programs and i dont know much about computers but i just went to the how to and there was my solution and now im playing my iso file. I tried many virtual CD emulators, many of them caused my test computer to crash or malfunction, nut not MagicDisc. Unlike other programs, when it was installed, the Windows "New Hardware Found" message appeared in the tray. In other words, it emulated new hardware. My only criticism is that it does not allow you to lock down the program so users without Admin rights can't make changes. But his is a small criticism for a program that is free.
