Review by john j. lyons: I always counted on AOL for its reliability but now longer because it has become complacent and pushes products that I do not wish to pay for. This particularly frustrating when I want my Intenet foot pints cleared which it never does. It was my understanding that my privacy was a key factor in choosing Aol in the first place. Now I'm considering other carriers who can give a more consistent and reliable service free of intrusion into privacy. Thank you. (1/5 - 29-May-2008)
